Ellengowan Drive, Dundee

Phase 1 completed December 2022. This saw the demolishing of existing affordable housing that had reached it service life and replaced by 70units of affordable and modern housing.

Phase 2 to follow in 2023. Scantec supplied Skaala HAS outward opening windows and DKA inward opening double French doors. The key features were safety and security with ease of use for the residents and good thermal qualities.
